Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for GameBiller subscriptions, operated by Biller Technologies (bundle com.gamebiller.app and www.gamebiller.com). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

๐ŸŽ 1. Free trial โ€” nothing to pay, nothing to refund

New accounts get a 30-day free trial with no card required. Since you are not charged during the trial, there is nothing to refund. You only start paying once you choose a plan after the trial ends.

๐Ÿšช 2. How to cancel

  • You can cancel anytime from the in-app Subscription Manager.
  • Cancellation stops all future renewals โ€” Razorpay will not charge you again.
  • Your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You don't lose access the moment you cancel.

๐Ÿ’ธ 3. When refunds apply

We keep this simple and fair:

In short: there are no partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle. This means you won't be eligible for a refund just for cancelling early โ€” but your access stays active until the paid period ends. Pro-rated refunds are given only for (a) service unavailability of more than 7 consecutive days, or (b) a double-charge / billing error.

โฑ 4. Refund processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7โ€“14 business days.
  • Refunds are sent back via your original Razorpay payment method โ€” we cannot refund to a different account or method.
  • Any applicable GST adjustment is handled as per the GST Act 2017 and reflected in your updated invoice.

Once we process a refund from our end, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

๐Ÿ” 5. Plan upgrades & downgrades

  • Upgrades are pro-rated based on your remaining days, and the difference is charged immediately so you can use the higher plan right away.
  • Downgrades take effect at your next renewal cycle โ€” you keep your current plan's features until then, and we don't refund the difference for the current cycle.

โš  6. Failed payments

If an auto-renewal payment fails, your service is suspended, not deleted. We retry the payment, and your account and data stay safe until a retry succeeds or 14 days pass, whichever is sooner. You can update your payment method anytime from the Subscription Manager to restore service.

๐Ÿ–ฅ 7. PC Lock add-on

The PC Lock PC-management add-on is a separate subscription, and the same cancellation and refund rules in this policy apply to it.

๐Ÿ“ฉ 8. How to request a refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 3, please reach out with these details and we'll review it quickly:

  • Your registered email and shop name
  • The Razorpay payment ID or invoice number
  • The reason (service downtime dates, or details of the billing error)

If you are not satisfied with how your refund request was handled, you can escalate to our Grievance Officer:
