Tax rates are yours to set — GameBiller names the tax correctly for your country and prints it as its own line, but never assumes a percentage, because rates change.

Common questions

Is GameBiller a different product in each country?

No. There is one product and one account. You choose your country during setup and the currency, the name of the consumption tax, the date format and phone-number validation all follow from that. There is no regional edition to buy and no local reseller to go through.

What if my country is not on this list?

The app still runs — sessions, billing, invoices and reports do not depend on the country list. What you lose is the local polish: the currency falls back to its ISO code rather than a symbol, and dates default to a day-first format. Ask and the country can be added; it is a small change to a lookup table, not new development.

Does GameBiller set the tax rate for my country?

No, and that is deliberate. GameBiller names the tax correctly for your country and prints it as its own line, but the percentage is yours to set. Rates change — Singapore moved GST from 8% to 9% — and software that hard-codes a rate quietly bills the wrong amount the day it shifts.

Can I bill in one currency and report in another?

Each shop operates in a single currency, chosen at setup, and every price, invoice and report uses it consistently. If you run branches in different countries, each branch keeps its own currency and its own reporting.

Is the free plan available in every country listed?

Yes. The Free Forever plan is the same everywhere on this list: no credit card to start, no expiry, and no per-invoice charge (T&C apply).

Wherever you run, start free.
